Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds are available for each type of purchase. It applies to all orders placed through the site.
1. Our commitment
We want you to receive real value for what you pay. If something goes wrong with an order, contact us at ohnemusalexander@gmail.com and we will work with you to make it right.
2. Digital products
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of downloadable products are final once downloaded.
If a file is faulty, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it, replace it, or refund it.
3. Self-paced courses
If you have not started the course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Once you have accessed the majority of the course, the purchase is considered used and is non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Custom services and consulting
For custom work (prompt packs, writing assistance, consulting), we agree the scope in advance.
Work already performed is non-refundable. If you cancel before work begins, we refund anything you have paid beyond any agreed deposit.
If we cannot deliver an agreed deliverable, we will refund the amount paid for that deliverable.
5. Memberships and subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
We do not provide partial refunds for a billing period already in progress, except where required by law.
6. Donations and support payments
Support and donation payments are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. If you made a payment by mistake, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
7. How to request a refund
Email ohnemusalexander@gmail.com with your name, the date of purchase, the item, and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days and to resolve eligible requests promptly.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may slow your resolution.
