Terms of Service
Quantum Temporal Institute
Effective date: October 27, 2026
These Terms explain what QTI offers, how we describe our credentials honestly, and the rules for using our site and services. Please read them before purchasing or relying on anything here.
1. Who we are
Quantum Temporal Institute ("QTI", "we", "us") is an independent, online research and education provider operated by Alexander Luke Ohnemus. You can reach us at ohnemusalexander@gmail.com or +1 (916) 430-1568. Any questions about these Terms should be sent to that address.
2. What QTI is — and what it is not
QTI is an independent research, education, and publishing organization. We are NOT an accredited college or university, and we do not claim to be.
We are not a degree-granting institution, and QTI awards are not equivalent to an accredited academic degree. We do not claim recognition, equivalency, or accreditation by any educational body unless we state it explicitly and can document it.
Our content separates established science, testable hypotheses, philosophical argument, and speculative or fictional ideas. Where a claim is speculative or philosophical, it is labeled as such and must not be relied on as established fact.
Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. QTI certificates and recognition
QTI issues internal certificates (for example, the Honorary Doctoral Certificate) that recognize completion of QTI's own coursework, projects, or assessments. They are honorific internal awards, not accredited degrees.
A QTI certificate describes the work you completed. It does not imply licensure, professional certification, or academic equivalency, and it should not be presented as such by us or by recipients.
4. Services, orders, and payment
We offer services, digital products, courses, and memberships as described on our Services page. Prices are shown before you commit to a purchase.
Orders are fulfilled after payment is confirmed. Where card payments are not yet enabled, payment is collected through the provider listed at checkout (https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/ohnemusalexander).
We do not store your full payment-card details on our systems. Card details, where applicable, are handled by our payment provider.
5. Donations and support
QTI is currently operated as a for-profit business. Contributions and donations made to us are NOT tax-deductible, and we do not claim charitable or nonprofit status.
Support payments are used to fund QTI research and operations. They are not a purchase of a product or service, and they do not create any entitlement to goods or outcomes.
6. No guarantees of results
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, income, recognition, acceptance, publication, or result from using our services, products, or content.
Any example, projection, or illustration we may show is not a promise of your results.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use QTI to break the law, harass others, submit unlawful content, attempt to breach our systems, or misrepresent your relationship with us.
You are responsible for the content you submit. We may remove content and suspend access that violates these Terms.
8. Content, submissions, and intellectual property
QTI's own text, designs, and course materials belong to us. You may not resell or redistribute them without permission.
You keep ownership of content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to store, review, and, where you ask us to publish it, display it.
You confirm that content you submit does not infringe anyone else's rights and is not defamatory.
9. Limitation of liability
QTI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
10. Changes and governing terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Nothing here is legal advice to you.
11. Contact
